Complete/temporary removal

If you want to remove Pocket Email Checker from your Pocket PC, but keep it installed on your Windows computer so you can restore it quicker to the Pocket PC, then do the following:

1. Open Microsoft ActiveSync.
2. Choose Add/Remove Programs option from the Tools menu and wait until you get the list.
3. Find Pocket Email Checker on the list, uncheck its box and click Ok.

Note: this will work only if your Pocket PC is docked with the Windows computer that was used to install Pocket Email Checker.

If you want to remove Pocket Email Checker completely from both your Pocket PC and Windows computer:

1. Make sure Microsoft ActiveSync is running.
2. Go to Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs on your Windows computer.
3. Find Pocket Email Checker on the list, select it and click Remove. Click Yes to confirm the removal.
4. Add/Remove Programs for the Pocket PC will start automatically, then find Pocket Email Checker on its list and click Remove again. Click Ok to confirm the removal. Click Ok once more to close Add/Remove Programs.
5. Finally, if you want to remove all traces of Pocket Email Checker from your Pocket PC delete its \Program Files\Pocket Email Checker folder.
