  List of accounts to check

It appears in the upper part of the screen. Each account has its own row with the following information:

  • account name
  • current status
  • number of messages with the left number showing the total number of messages and the right number showing how many new messages came since the last check
  • checking interval in minutes

By right clicking on an account in the list you can access three account specific options:

  • Check now!
  • Enable account
  • Disable account

To initiate checking of all enabled accounts in the list just tap on the envelope with a green arrow that is displayed on the toolbar.

  List of messages
There are two rows reserved for each message in the list. The first row shows the sender, time and date of the message and the second row shows message subject and size.

Messages are displayed on alternate background colors for easier access. Meaning of envelope colors is following:

  • orange envelope denotes a new message that came in since the last check
  • blue envelope denotes a message that was already on the list before the last check
  • when there is a red cross on the envelope that means the message is marked for deleting
  Message preview
To preview a message just tap on it in the list and you will immediately get its quick preview. Once there you can tap on Show message header checkbox if you also want to see message header.

If you need more information about a message contents than what you get through quick preview you can go back to the list of messages, right click on the message and choose Server preview for it.

  Deleting messages
You can delete a message directly by right clicking on it and choosing Delete now! option. The alternative method is to mark messages first and then delete them all by tapping on the envelope with a red cross that is displayed on the toolbar. To mark a message for deletion simply tap on its envelope so it gets a red cross or right click on it an choose Mark. If you want to unmark a message just do the same.
