Rename images

  Rename images with Photo Gadget Pro
 
  1. Open the folder with images in Windows Explorer.
  2. Select images that you want to rename.
  3. Right click the selection and choose Photo Gadget Pro – Rename option.
  4. Enter renaming rule into "Rename mask" textbox. It is usual to use some meaningful words that describe the whole series and of course add a counter.


  5. Check the preview table to see what you will get as a result.


  6. Click Rename to complete the operation.
 

Notes:

  • Special symbols you may use to compose renaming rules include [C] for counter, [YMD] for current date, [HMS] for current time and [N] for original name.
  • You can control the counter's start, step and number of digits.
