Active Desktop Calendar news from XemiComputers

In this issue:
- Active Desktop Calendar 4.1released
- How to upgrade for FREE

  Dear subscriber,

Active Desktop Calendar 4.1 (build 040526) is ready for you to download:
http://www.xemico.com/adc/adc.zip

This version supports comma separated values .CSV format for export/import and allows you to set a range of recurrence for recurring notes.

So, you can now export and import data in comma separated values .CSV (Windows) format. When importing from a CSV file please note that it has to be formatted in the same way as a CSV file exported from the program. That means it has to have the leading row with data field names in the expected order. We recommend you to export a sample CSV file and open it with Notepad to check how exactly it should look like. Also, dates in a CSV file to import have to be written in the same format as in an exported file on the same computer because date format depends on the regional settings.

Another "most wanted" feature was an option to set a range for recurrence pattern. You can do that with this new version of the program in two ways. One is to set the exact number of occurrences you want and the other one is to set the date after which there should be no more occurrences.

Existing users: how to upgrade for FREE

All licensed (registered) users are entitled to download and install new versions of Active Desktop Calendar free of charge. Program installation archive for the latest version is always available for download from this location:
http://www.xemico.com/adc/adc.zip
(version 4.1 build 040526)

All you have to do to upgrade is download new version and install it to the same folder over the old one. It's that simple.

Until next time,
