Standard self-explanatory commands. Pause works both with Play and Record. Ctrl-Alt-Play: Holding Ctrl-Alt keys while clicking on Play button calls Direct Section Selector. Small window will pop-up with the list of all sections saved to the current meeting file. Chosen section will start playing automatically. Ctrl-Alt-Rec: Holding
Ctrl-Alt key while clicking on Record button starts Insert
recording. With this option you can insert new recordings
into existing sections at desired location. It works from Stop, Play
and Paused Play modes.
This is a multifunctional button. Clicking it in Play mode will slow down section playback. Four low speed levels are available by successive clicks and to get back to normal speed just click back the same number of times in the opposite direction (Fast Play). In Stop mode this button allows you to move towards the first section saved to the current meeting file.

Deletes current section from the meeting file. Please note that a section will not be physically deleted if the Pack Meeting File on Delete option in the Settings dialog is not enabled.
In this mode, the process of recording is completely under your control. Start it by pressing Record button, end it on Stop, or temporarily suspend it on Pause.
VOR stands for Voice Operated Recording and means that the program will record only clear sound coming through the microphone and skip all periods of silence. For this mode to work properly you will have to experiment with settings for Recording Volume and Suppress Microphone Noise Level sliders. Please find these in the Settings dialog.
Note: Shortcut key for this menu is Alt-S. Send File by E-Mail This option allows you to send current meeting file by E-Mail as an attachment in your default email program. You can choose between sending the entire Minute of Meeting file, just the audio recording or just the text. Use this option to contact technical support regarding any problem you may have with Minutes of Meeting Recorder. This option will take you directly to the Minutes of Meeting Recorder's homepage. Opens window with basic information about the
program, manufacturer and license. Opens help index file. By default, this menu option gives you easy access to Windows Volume Controls utilities. Choose Playback to bring up Windows Playback Volume Controls or choose Recording to bring up Windows Recording Volume Controls. Note: Windows Vista users will have three options under Volume Controls: Mixers, Playback Devices and Recording Devices. These will bring up corresponding Vista's dialogs. If this option is active Minutes of Meeting Recorder workspace will stay on top of the screen all the time until you deactivate it again or use Off command to minimize the program to the system tray area on the taskbar. Displays the program startup dialog. Opens additional Help screen that shows all
available keyboard shortcuts. You can also use F12 key to call up this
screen throughout the program. Availability of some keyboard shortcut
depends on the current working mode so this screen is organized in tabs
accordingly. Note: some special keys combinations may not be available on your computer due to conflicts with other applications or operating system shortcuts. Opens dialog for changing different program's Settings.
Volume commands react both on click-by-click and click-and-hold.
Deletes current section. Completely deletes all sections in the current meeting file. All previously recorded material is lost. Opens dialog for rearranging audio contents of the
current meeting file. It gives you the oportunity to move sections up
or down the list, delete more than one at a time, merge two or more
sections into one and save all those changes at once to the current
meeting file. Move Up: Moves selected section up one place in the list. Move Down: Moves selected section down one place in the list. Delete: Deletes selected sections. Merge: Merges selected sections by appending them sequentially to the first selected section. Save Changes: Saves all changes to the current meeting file. This action can not be undone so be careful for mistakes. If not sure, it would be better to click Cancel and do rearrangements again than to lose some important section.
Opens dialog for direct positioning at the start of a section recorded. Opens dialog for editing current section name. Selects ticker speed (slow, medium, fast). Selects ticker direction (from right to left, from left to right, or none). When None is selected, the ticker does not scroll.
This option is attached to the time counter. If
you click on it, a small window will open featuring a slider designed
to provide quick access to any part of a recorded section. You can use
a simple click or click and drag technique to operate the slider. Clicking on the current section number brings up the list of all sections recorded on the current meeting file. Minutes of Meeting Recorder will go directly to the beginning of a selected section.
