The free evaluation period starts at the moment of installation of the software. If you want to use this software after the 42-days evaluation period expires you have to purchase it.

Unlicensed use of Flash ScreenSaver Builder after the 42-days evaluation period is in violation of International Copyright laws.

Distribution (Shareware Version)
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware Version of this software in its original unmodified form, as available from our web site, you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware Version as you wish; give exact copies of the Shareware Version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware Version via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.

Distribution of screensavers created with licensed (registered) copy of Flash ScreenSaver Builder is royalty free as long as you verify that you have appropriate license. In general, you may use your screensavers in whatever way you find suitable: keep them private, install on all computers in a company, publish on a web site, sell them for profit...

Specifically, license for non-commercial use entitles you to create screensavers for:

• personal use including not-for-profit public distribution
• use and distribution within companies (intranet)
• any use and distribution by non-profit organizations

In addition, license for commercial use entitles you to create screensavers for:

• public distribution to promote a company, its web site, products and/or services...
• third parties under any arrangement, commercial or non-commercial, including rights to royalty free distribution
